Lawn Care Foreman

Job Description: As a Lawn Care Foreman at Floyd's Lawn & Landscape, LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our lawn care operations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, maintain the highest quality standards, and ensure our clients' satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of lawn care technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance goals.

  2. Lawn Care Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in lawn care techniques, including mowing and edging.

  3. Project Management: Plan and execute daily lawn care routes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to clients.

  4. Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure that all work meets or exceeds our high-quality standards.

  5. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, address their questions, concerns, and special requests, and build strong client relationships.

  6. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.

  7. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and best practices, creating a secure and environmentally responsible work environment.

  8. Report Generation: Prepare reports on job progress, team performance, and resource usage.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Lawn Care Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the lawn care industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of lawn care practices, equipment, and materials.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Possession of a CDL is preferred.
